About the Conference
The first China Low-Altitude Economy Legal Forum took place on 23—24 October 2025 in Shenzhen. It was jointly hosted by Zhiwen Consulting, the Low-Altitude New Vision media platform and Zhichan Huicui, with professional guidance and support from the Shenzhen UAV Industry Association, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).
Under the theme "Rule of law safeguards, innovation leads", the forum gathered close to 180 IPR managers, legal directors and R&D leads from companies across the low-altitude value chain, together with senior practitioners and academics, to discuss local legislation, data compliance, investment and financing, IP protection and the legal boundaries of airspace use.
Across two days the programme delivered 18 keynotes and 3 panel discussions, spanning local rule-making and compliance, cross-border investment and dispute resolution, US patent litigation, trade secret risk control, SEP licensing and equity financing.
